Let’s take birthday parties to the next level at Mountain Road Homestead!

Celebrate your child’s special day with a non-traditional outdoor birthday party filled with nature, exploration, and play. Children will get messy in the mud kitchen, head out on forest scavenger hunts, and enjoy plenty of free play in a fun, outdoor environment.

🌿 Birthday Package Includes

• 2.5 hours at the Forest School

  • 1.5 hours of structured, nature-based programming led by Miss Lindsay

  • 1 hour for food, cake, and gifts

• Choice of a nature-based theme

• Access to outdoor washroom facilities

• Garbage and recycling stations

• Simple décor (Happy Birthday sign and sage green paper pom-poms)

🌈 Nature-Based Theme Options

Fairy Tale Tea Party
Peppermint or hibiscus tea, a take-home nature potion, and a magic wand craft

Creepy Crawlers
Worm and insect searches, display of animal skulls, pelts, and preserved insects, microscope exploration, mud play, and a take-home worm house (while supplies last) or another fun craft

Nature Artists (best suited for older children)
Sun prints (weather dependent), acrylic or water painting, sit-spot grounding activities, and seasonal art projects (e.g., flower seed paper—please inquire for specific ideas)

Winter Wonderland
Sledding, snow painting, snowshoeing, winter forest walks, snow play, and seasonal crafts

Tie-Dye Party
A fun and easy take-home gift! Includes a variety of tie-dye colours. MRH shirts available for $15 each

• $50 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date

• Remaining balance due two weeks prior to the party
