The colors are so vibrant, the cooler weather keeps in bugs at bay, pumpkin everything who doesn’t love to beauty of fall.

There is so much learning that can occur during this beautiful season. The life cycle of an apple tree, the long vines of a pumpkin, mushrooms popping up everywhere, learning about why the leaves turn colors and fall to the ground.

So many other learning opportunities can arise as this season continues.

There are three programs available for children aged between 3-10.

Oak Tree is a 1/2 day program and is ideal for younger children who are new to forest school or who would prefer shorter day

Evergreen Program is the full day program which is geared towards children who are 4 and older. These children are able to attend a full day of Forest School in all weather conditions. This program is also ideal for children who attend kindergarten - grade 1 and would benefit from a day off of traditional school in a nature based environment.

Douglas Fir Program is our NEW program geared towards children would like more of a challenge. The children will continue to enjoy many nature based activities and a time to enjoy playing and being outside, but we will add in some more academic challenges. This program is for children turning 6 within 2025 and who are interested in doing some more in depth learning. (Grade 1-2)

Dates, Time and Prices

Oak Tree Program - FULL

Oak tree program runs every Monday.

Dates: September 15th - December 1st

Time: 9:30-12:30

Cost: $440

Evergreen Program - FULL

This programs run a full day Monday and Tuesday. 9:30-2:30

Dates:

Monday September 15th - December 1st. -

FULL - Tuesday September 16th - November 25th

Cost: $630

Douglas Fir Program - full - 5 WEEK OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN IN

This program runs every Wednesday and is geared towards children interested in learning some more challenging nature based materials. 9:30-2:30

Date: September 18th - November 26th

Cost: $630

** 5 Week opportunity to join in October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th** Cost: $300 for the 5 weeks of programming

The curriculum and themes used for each week will be the same just various level of challenges through out.

We enjoy a lot of free play as play is the most important way for children to learn. We will enjoy some structured activities for children who are interested.
